Our focus is to produce typical “Italian Taralli” and other simple, genuine fresh bakery products whit passion, always looking at thecontinuous improvement and treasuring our team spirit.
We carry on the tradition and the history of our family’s baking business, a traditionstarted since 1964 with the hard work of mastering the bakery traditionin knead flour making bread and twisting taralli in the small oven in San Lorenzello, a small little town in the South Italy.
Taralli, also known as bisquits, are the expression of a very ancient tradition food. Just “homemade style” seasoned baked bread. Made with simple ingredients: soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, spices and natural flavorings. They are the most versatile alternative to bread. They are the most versatile alternative to bread: tasty as appetizers, delicious combined with soup or paired with cheese and Italian ham Prosciutto.
The Ricciardi Biscuits Company has their roots in the tradition of bakery products typical of Sannio Beneventano region, a territory rich in history, culture and traditions of authentic wine, organic oil and the characteristic production of artistic ceramics.
Our ancestors Francesco and Filomena started the bakery factory in 1964 downtown San Lorenzello. Their sons had soon been involved in.
Today the grandson Francesco, honoring the ancestor’s culture, carries on this marvelous tradition.
Today the little bakery has grown in a modern plant located in the gorgeous San Lorenzello countryside and in a huge diversified variety of products.
The brand new companyheadquarters, the FR SRLS, has an available surface of about 2000 square meters,
to where produce an amount of 2000 kg products a day counting on modern equipment and high quality standards.
The FR SRLS produces under its own brand and on behalf of third parties.
Commercial distribution uses all sales channels: wholesalers, Ho.re.ca., GDO, online, both in the national and international markets.

The “Taralli”, the “Twisted Taralli” and the “Glazed Taralli” are made from a special recipe of “00” wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices and aromatic herbs.
The genuine and controlled ingredients, any preservatives or additives and the artisan processing method guarantee a long and natural preservation.
To make our traditional recipes we use only raw materials from selected companies and our final product doesn’t contain preservatives, additives or dyes.
All our processing are performed through modern industrial machinery in compliance with artisan procedure. After forming, taralli are immersed in water for a few minutes and then baked. For this the name “biscuits”, or cooked twice.
